## 1. Digital Products
Digital SVG / PDF pattern files are sent to your registered mailbox automatically within 1–5 minutes after payment confirmation. No physical package will be shipped to your address, download link is valid for 30 days.

## 2. Physical Wood Goods
1. Processing Time: All handcrafted wood goods need 2–4 business days for production & packaging before shipment. Business days exclude weekends and US public holidays.
2. Shipping Options
• Standard Ground Shipping: 7–12 business days delivery for US mainland; 10–18 business days to Canada & Mexico; 15–30 business days for other global regions. Free standard shipping for US orders over $75.
• Expedited Express Shipping: 3–6 business days US delivery, fixed shipping cost $19.99. Express service is only available for United States addresses.
3. Logistics Tracking
Tracking number will be sent to your email once parcel is dispatched. We are not responsible for delivery delays from postal service, customs inspection or force majeure events.
4. Package Risk: The parcel transportation risk transfers to buyer once the carrier picks up the package.
