# Return & Refund Policy
## 1. Digital Download Products (Patterns, SVG, PDF Cut Files)
All digital files are non-refundable after payment is completed.
Download links are delivered instantly once your order is confirmed. Since digital goods cannot be returned or recalled after delivery, we do not offer refunds due to accidental purchase, incompatible software, or personal dislike of the design.
If you receive corrupted, blank or wrong files, please contact us with your order number within 48 hours, we will reissue correct files free of charge.
## 2. Physical Wood Intarsia Crafts
1. Inspection Period: You must inspect your goods within 48 hours upon package delivery.
2. Damaged Goods: If items arrive broken/cracked during shipping, provide unboxing video + clear photos, we support free replacement or full refund, we bear the return shipping cost.
3. Unwanted Returns: Unused, unmodified wood products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Buyer needs to cover round-trip shipping fees, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
4. Custom-made wood artwork: Custom personalized wood items are not eligible for return or refund.
## 3. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge only before we arrange production/shipping. Once processing/shipping starts, cancellation is not supported.
